Artistic Nature of Products; Wearability and Care

Each Emily Caslli creation is a work of art with limited wearability and should be regarded and treated as such. While certain pieces may be worn, they are not conventional garments and are not intended for regular or practical use and should be cherished as art objects.

Every piece is cultivated through a meticulous underwater chemical process in which natural mineral crystals form over time. This rare fusion of science and artistry makes each creation inherently delicate. Shedding of crystals is a normal characteristic of the medium and may occur naturally or through handling, wear, or environmental factors.  By purchasing or wearing, you acknowledge and accept the unique, fragile nature of these artworks.

Do not submerge, launder, or expose to heat. If needed, spot treat gently with cold water only.   The garments are not designed for washing; any attempt to wash or submerge the piece may result in irreparable damage, for which Emily Caslli Inc. bears no responsibility. When not worn, store pieces in a display case to preserve their integrity. Accordingly, Emily Caslli Inc. makes no representations or warranties that its creations are suitable for repeated or long-term wear, and expressly disclaims all liability for any crystal shedding, damage, alteration, or loss arising from wear, handling, storage, mistreatment or attempted cleaning.

By purchasing, possessing, or wearing an Emily Caslli creation, the client acknowledges and accepts that (i) the piece is an art object first and foremost, (ii) shedding or damage to crystals is inherent to the medium, and (iii) Emily Caslli Inc. shall not be liable for any such effects, whether resulting from ordinary use, mistreatment, or otherwise.
